Terms of Service

Welcome to Beneath the Willow Gardens. By engaging the landscaping and garden services, you agree to the following terms.

I provide landscaping, garden design, planting and maintenance services as agreed with you before work begins. The details of your project will always be confirmed in a written quote or proposal. Quotes are valid for thirty days and may require a deposit before work commences. Payment is due once the work is completed, unless otherwise specified in your invoice. If any additional work is requested or required beyond the agreed scope, this will be discussed with you and quoted separately.

Sometimes weather or safety conditions may mean I’ll need to reschedule your project. If you need to cancel, I ask that you provide reasonable notice. Where work has already been scheduled or costs have been incurred, a cancellation fee may apply.

I take care in sourcing quality plants and materials. However, natural variations and seasonal conditions mean that results can differ and I cannot guarantee plant survival beyond the point of installation unless a maintenance plan has been agreed. You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable site access and for arranging any council approvals or permits unless otherwise agreed. I am not responsible for damage caused by hidden or unknown underground services such as pipes or cables.

Health and safety are a priority in all of our work. For everyone’s safety, children and pets must be kept clear of the work area. Workmanship is guaranteed for a set period, which will be outlined in your agreement, but liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
